Realising that this is a new area for many in business Derek Brown, the director of Using the Net, presents feedback from businesses across Australia who have successfully employed e-newsletter technology to grow their business.

These case studies represent businesses across a broad spectrum - legal firms, accounting firms, PR firms, mortgage brokers, real estate agents, accommodation providers, business software providers, government departments, web designers, service providers and others.

These seminars consist of two 45 minutes sessions that include time for questions and answers. So with a coffee break included the time of each seminar is 2 hours. They can be held at any time during the day according to the requirements of the participants.

To make each seminar viable we require a minimum number of 10 participants. The cost for each participant is $99 which includes notes and tea/coffee.
