Executive Coaching

36322_peopleExecutive coaches partner with those who lead and influence today’s organisations in order to contribute to successful change and measureable leadership development. Coaching is a short term interactive process between a skilled external coach and an executive to improve leadership effectiveness by enhancing self awareness and the practice of new behaviours.

How does it work?

Executives (or organisations) seeking coaching meet initially with the prospective coach to explore shared values, the desired goals and how these will be measured and how the coaching can best be delivered in the organisational context. Coaching engagements of six months are typical, but any variation may be possible.
